Syntax
ALTER FUNCTION [IF NOT EXISTS] <function_name> 
    AS (<input_param_types>) RETURNS <return_type> LANGUAGE <language_name> 
    HANDLER = '<handler_name>' ADDRESS = '<udf_server_address>' 
    [DESC='<description>']
